Golden streak under nut is camera flash reflection onto fretboard.
Feel bottom side of screw holes to make sure their surface is reasonably clean;
The original rubber washers would deteriorate and "glue" themselves to the bottom of the screw holes.
Cut off the ends of a Q-tip to use as pilot guides for the pickup screws going back into their body holes.
Cut-off pieces of surgical rubber tubing is often used as pickup height tension "springs";
They're easy to trim to a correct median height that can still be adjusted.
Carefully holding the pickup in place, pull out the Q-tip pilots and insert the screws, one at a time.
Installing the tailpiece is a no-brainer.  The screw reaches deep into the butt block,
so if needed, toothpicks can be used to tighten up the hole for the screw threads.
