Typical 1965 Teisco banshee of tone. 3+2 headstock. Fully / dynamicly adjustable roller bridge. 25" scale. Vibrato returns right back to intonation. Finish is Excellent and remarkably resistive to marks and wear, as witnessed by much playing on this guitar without any marks breaking through the finish but only mild pants rash that looks like it was made by a pants button rather than a belt buckle!
Also typical of Teiscos; Neck relief and pocket angle, and bridge settings could be set up much better.
Guitar could use a good knowledgeable disassembled clean up. I enjoy and am always delighted to do such work for a most conservative shop fee.

NOTICE: As a general rule I abide by Vintage Guitars industry common practice of not cleaning-up a vintage guitar unless the Customer desires I do so. This is good industry practice because I suppose most everyone who savors or deals with vintage guitars has seen a number of them ruined by folks who "cleaned them up" but didn't know what they were doing. I am a highly qualified guitar technician and do an expert job cleaning-up an instrument, whether a complete disassembled cleanup or assembled cleanup; So I use my discretion which instruments I clean up or don't. This guitar has not been cleaned up, nor has anyone previously tried to other than common / normal wipe downs, polishing, etc. I intend to do a full disassembly cleanup of this guitar whenever doing so makes it's way in the considerable line of instruments waiting in priority line for my work bench. In the meantime I will be delighted to do a disassembled or assembled clean up of this guitar if a Customer desires I do so.
