Body is made of a high copper content brass alloy, bent into a top and sides + bottom tabs pieces by a metal brake then bead brazed together. Steel sheet-metal nut plates on cross braces receives the masonite back plate screws. Different hardware on the body top is screwed into place both from and through the top piece while some are screwed from the inside through the top piece. Electronics mounting is standard methods. The hard drying black "roofing" tar is applied to shunt / buffer the metallic / vibration sound of the body's brass metal. The 'My Pal' microphone-type stand screws into a bracket that is brazed onto a metal plate that is brazed onto the bottom side of the brass top piece.
