Harmony Holiday Stratotone
With 1 Telecaster (TM) bridge pickup

Holiday was a house brand of Alden's department stores who simply had the Harmony print Alden's Holiday brand on Harmony guitars headstocks when being made at the Harmony factory.  They are identical to Harmony H45 1-pickup Stratotones.

Someone changed the original pickup out and installed a Fender Telecaster (TM) pickups;  And did a rather poor job, although a DeArmond Goldentone aka "motel soap bar" & "hershey bar" pickup original to this guitar, would remount and cover up the hole cut for the tele pickup.  The guitar would then look, play and sound just like original.  I would be delighted to tell a Buyer how to quite easily change the pickup back to original including patching the hole cut for the telecaster pickup.

This guitar's vintage is between the late 1950's and the early 1960's.  I will be delighted to partially disassemble the guitar and retrieve pots codes for a serious Buyer.
